I’m a damn good spiritual cheerleader if you need some encouragement along your path.  I will not shine you on or sugar-coat the truth, though I’ll always try to help you see what might be positive in even the most challenging situation. I know what real life is like…the frustration, the sorrow, the pain…so I won’t minimize what you’re experiencing, but I’ll do my best to get you headed on a more satisfying path. That may involve us doing some giggling with a few snorts about how absurd life can be, because I’ve found a sense of humor, even amidst tears, can be a game-changer when we’ve been taking life far too seriously.  into my life because it was what I’d always known, a lack of belief in myself because I bought into other people’s truths…so, trust me, I know how tempting it is to want someone to supply the easy answers because it’s been hard to trust myself and my instincts after dealing with gaslighting and successful attempts to rob me of any self-esteem I managed to build up.  Because I know the battle well, my goal is to pass on the guidance that will bring you to your OWN answers to put the power back where it belongs…with YOU.  I can help you shift from letting other people be your priority to realizing the most important person deserving your focus is you.
