You can search on YouTube for clearing meditations and find many of them. You can find articles by Googling. The problem with most of what I’ve found is that they involve taking a LOT of time, and most people won’t take the time to clear if that’s the case. This method is “down and dirty” when you want to get the job done fast.
State first the intention that all energy that doesn’t serve you will be removed. Hold out your right hand flat, ready to gather the energy. Now, I say “gather,” but not everybody can feel or see energy. Just KNOW it’s happening. Some will feel tingling or a change in temperature. Some will literally feel a heaviness. Others can see the energy as a color. It’s often described as thick and gross, like sludge.
Start at your feet and (again with your intention) start pulling up into your hand the energy that doesn’t serve you. Work your way up your body until you feel you’ve gathered all you can into your hand. Now imagine a shiny, new, aluminum trash can to your right, lid off. If no one is around to wonder if you’ve lost your marbles, physically slam dunk the energy into the trash can, close the lid, and send it off. I choose to send mine to Archangel Michael, but I’m an angel person. If you don’t believe in Michael and his protection duties, which include helping you clear out the crap, you can choose another option, even if it’s the trash collector.
The idea is merely to release it, get it away and clear from you. You’re not helping anybody by carrying their energy around, so lose it and feel better. Most people say they feel considerably lighter after the energy leaves. Remember that you’ve built up layers and layers, so if you haven’t been regularly clearing your energy, repeat the process a few times the first day you try this. After the initial “deep cleaning,” at least once a day is a good way to stay on top of it. Even better, any time you notice you are extremely out of whack, off-balance, feeling rotten without any real legitimate reason, that’s a signal to clear again. I find, if I know exactly where I picked up the energy, it seems to add some oomph to clearing it out by name.
